How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier and they will have the most current information regarding your package. Borboleta is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Borboleta processes orders Monday-Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Standard shipping ($8.00) takes up to 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping ($30.00) takes 1-2 business days. Standard International shipping (Canada-$15.00) (Outside Canada-$30.00-$40.00) takes 15 or more business days to arrive. Finally, expedited Canadian shipping ($30.00) can take up to 10 business days to be delivered.

Can I return my order?

Your satisfaction is our number one priority! We accept returns within 60 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. A return shipping label will be provided. After 60 days, the product is no longer refundable or exchangeable.

To begin the return process, please contact Customer Support at (888) 850-8963 or email support@borboleta.com. In order to prepare and ship your return, place your item in a sturdy box and include packing bubbles or newspaper to secure the product. Attach your return label (if applicable) to the package. I ordered the wrong product, can I make an exchange?

Absolutely! To start the exchange process, contact Customer Support at (888) 850-8963 or email support@borboleta.com and let them know the items you want to exchange. After we receive the returned items, we will send out the requested items.

What should I do if I received a defective product?

First off, oh no! If, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please return your item within 60 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. A return shipping label will be provided. After 60 days, the product is no longer refundable or exchangeable.

My shipping status states that my package has been delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Borboleta is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier to receive the latest information regarding your delivery.
