Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier and they will have the most current information regarding your package. Borboleta is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Borboleta processes orders Monday-Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Standard shipping ($8.00) takes up to 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping ($30.00) takes 1-2 business days. Standard International shipping (Canada-$15.00) (Outside Canada-$30.00-$40.00) takes 15 or more business days to arrive. Finally, expedited Canadian shipping ($30.00) can take up to 10 business days to be delivered.

Your satisfaction is our number one priority! Returns of unopened, unused Lash Care products may be made within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of your purchase amount. After 60 days unopened, unused product is no longer refundable.

Returns of Lash Serum may be made within 180 days of purchase for a full refund of your purchase amount. In addition to the returned product, any information regarding your dissatisfaction with the product would be helpful and appreciated.

Please have your order number ready so we can assist you more efficiently. In order to prepare and ship your return, place your item in a sturdy box and include packing materials to keep product from damage during transit. Items damaged in transit due to insufficient packing are not eligible for full refund.

First off, oh no! If, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please contact Client Relations and we will either refund or replace the item within 30 days. Please have your order number so we can assist you more efficiently.

All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. You will be asked to provide a picture of the defective product. You may be asked to return the defective product so that our Quality Team can do further inspections, when this occurs a return label will be provided.

We recommend that you use Borboleta Lash Serum once daily during the evening, as directed.

Borboleta Lash Serum will give your eyelashes a fuller and longer-looking appearance with just one daily application in the evening. No additional applications are necessary. Do not use the product more than once a day, as overuse could lead to irritation.

If you forget and skip an application, just apply the Lash Serum, as usual, the following evening. Do not apply more frequently because you have missed an application, as overuse may lead to irritation. Consistent use is important to see the results you want.

Do not use it on the lower lash line. Using the product on both the upper and lower lashes could lead to irritation in the eye area.

Remove your makeup. Then wash your face. Eyes should be completely clean and dry. Apply one swipe of Lash Serum as directed and wait at least 90 seconds for the product to completely dry before applying any other products around the eye area.

This product has been clinically tested and ophthalmologist approved and has been found to be well-tolerated and non-irritating for the great majority of users. As with many cosmetic products, some users may experience mild allergic reactions. After use, if redness, itching, or other irritation occurs, discontinue use for 48 hours. Upon resumption, if irritation persists, discontinue use.

Borboleta Lash Serum is suitable for use if your eyeliner is tattooed.

If applied according to directions — once a day in the evening on the upper lash line — one container should last approximately 3 months. We recommend replacing after 4 months from opening.

Lash Serum has a two-year shelf life. However, once opened we recommend that Lash Serum be used within the next 4 months then discarded.

Borboleta Lash Serum is designed to be used on the upper lash line and contact with the eye should be carefully avoided. However, if the product does get into your eye, immediately rinse with plenty of cool water. If irritation from direct contact occurs, temporarily discontinue use. If symptoms persist, see your doctor.

The Borboleta Lash Serum was not tested on pregnant or breastfeeding individuals. We recommend if you are pregnant or breastfeeding to discuss use with your doctor.

The Borboleta Lash Serum was not tested on individuals under 18 years of age. We recommend for those under 18 years of age to discuss the use of Borboleta Lash Serum with their doctor.

The Makeup Remover is a water-based solution that breaks down makeup and is lash-safe. Although it is designed specifically for eye makeup, you can use this product all over your face. The Lash Bath cleanser is designed for use after all makeup has been removed from eyes. This cleanser will remove any remaining dirt or residue from lashes. Think of it like any other nightly routine, you first remove makeup before washing your face. Cleansing is such an important part of everyday lash care as it prevents build-up or infection in your lash line. Borboleta’s gel cleanser is specifically designed to treat and prevent blepharitis.
